Again, Presidency Dispels Reports Of Tinubu’s Sickness

The Presidency has once again refuted reports of Bola Tinubu's alleged illness, dismissing claims made by the Nigerian Institute of Investigative Journalism. The report, which suggested that Tinubu was bedridden and affecting governance, also implied that Vice President Kashim Shettima had taken over official engagements.

However, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Print Media, AbdulAziz, denied these claims in an interview with BBC Hausa, stating that the President's whereabouts were known and that the Vice President had represented Tinubu at recent events. Additionally, the Special Adviser to the President on Information Strategy addressed concerns about Tinubu's health in an interview with ICIR, further dispelling the rumors.

The Presidency continues to maintain that there is no truth to the reports of Tinubu's sickness.
