Ondo Governor Aiyedatiwa Backs Tinubu's 2027 Re-election

Ondo State Governor Dr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa is fully committed to the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 election, as stated by Honourable Idowu Ajanaku, the Commissioner for Information and Orientation.

During a press briefing in Akure, Ajanaku promised that the state would deliver more than one million votes for Tinubu in the January general election. He emphasized that the current administration prioritizes Tinubu's second-term bid due to the significant developmental benefits the state has received from the Federal Government.

Ajanaku highlighted several federal infrastructure projects, including the reconstruction of the Owo–Benin Expressway, the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway, and the rehabilitation of the Ore–Akure Expressway, which are enhancing connectivity and stimulating socio-economic growth. He described Tinubu's economic reforms as essential for Nigeria's sustainable growth, despite some temporary challenges.

Ajanaku also confirmed a strong working relationship between the Aiyedatiwa administration and the Federal Government, urging residents to ignore politically motivated misinformation.
