Akande-Sadipe Clarifies Role in Road Project Controversy

Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, a member of the House of Representatives representing Oluyole Federal Constituency, clarified her involvement in the Ijebu Igbo–Itaegba–Owonowen road project. She stated that the project is not part of her constituency and is an independent federal government initiative that has faced significant setbacks.

Akande-Sadipe urged the public and media to verify facts surrounding the project and to consult official sources from the federal ministries and local government. She emphasized her commitment to developing the Oluyole Federal Constituency, listing various infrastructure projects she has facilitated, including the construction of school blocks, installation of boreholes, and solar-powered streetlights.

Akande-Sadipe also mentioned ongoing work on 11 additional boreholes and plans to install 150 solar-powered streetlights within the constituency, asserting that these efforts will improve the lives of residents.
