Alitheia Launches W.O.M.A.N. 2026 for Women Entrepreneurs

Alitheia Capital is initiating the W.O.M.A.N. 2026 programme in Lagos from September 10-11, aimed at bridging the capital and capability gaps faced by women-led businesses. The initiative will connect over 300 high-potential enterprises in manufacturing, agribusiness, and nutrition with investors, lenders, and technical expertise.

Managing Partner Tokunboh Ishmael stated that the programme addresses structural barriers hindering women entrepreneurs from achieving sustainable growth. The selected businesses have been evaluated based on revenue, formalization, and growth potential.

The programme will offer support in investment readiness, financial management, and governance, alongside a hands-on AI adoption bootcamp by Google Hustle Academy. A structured speed consultancy session will facilitate one-on-one engagements between entrepreneurs and investors.

The initiative will extend beyond the two-day event, with businesses monitored on the Nzinga platform for 12 months to track capital raised, jobs created, and revenue growth. The programme is supported by various organizations, including FCMB SheVentures and Airtel.
