AMAC Officials Mourn Deaths of Two Staff Members

The Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) is in mourning following the deaths of two staff members, Mr. Danladi Philemon Kure, who served as the personal driver to the Executive Chairman, Hon.

Christopher Zakka Maikalangu, and Lukman Atakpmuze Abdullahi, an AMAC staff member. Both individuals were buried on Saturday, with Lukman reportedly passing away after a brief illness.

Hajara Abdullahi Umar, the Head of Administration of AMAC, expressed condolences to Maikalangu, describing the deaths as a significant loss to the council. She urged him to remain resilient and accept the loss as part of divine will.

Maikalangu, who is also the Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), described Kure's passing as a monumental loss, highlighting his dedication and loyalty. He offered prayers for the deceased and their families, emphasizing the deep void left by Kure's untimely departure.
