Amotekun Corps Arrests Four Suspects in Ondo State

The Amotekun Corps, under the leadership of Akogun Adetunji Adeley, conducted a successful operation in Ondo State, resulting in the arrest of four suspects connected to high-profile criminal activities, including violent crimes. These suspects are believed to be members of a dangerous criminal gang with alleged links to terrorism.

Following their arrest, the suspects were handed over to the Department of State Services (DSS) for further investigation and potential prosecution. The operation was part of a broader initiative to address the rising cases of armed robbery, kidnapping, and cult-related violence in the state over the past eight months.

Amotekun Corps intensified intelligence gathering and coordinated operations that led to the dismantling of several criminal hideouts within forest enclaves across the state. The operation involved collaboration among various security agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, DSS, NSCDC, and local vigilante groups, targeting areas across six local government areas bordering neighboring states.
