Anambra First Lady Pledges Care for Assaulted Boy

On Tuesday, Dr. Nony Soludo, the First Lady of Anambra State, visited a 10-year-old boy named Chiziterem, who is receiving treatment for injuries allegedly inflicted by his guardian in Awada, Obosi, Idemili North Local Government Area.

During her visit, she pledged to ensure that Chiziterem receives full rehabilitative care, including specialized treatment to aid his physical, emotional, and psychological healing. Dr.

Soludo expressed relief at the updates from the medical team regarding Chiziterem's stable condition and emphasized the collective responsibility of society to protect children from abuse, neglect, and harm. She encouraged the public to report any wrongdoing to the relevant authorities.

Dr. Soludo presented relief materials, including food items and cash, to support Chiziterem during this difficult time and commended the medical team for their dedicated efforts.
