APC Convention to Welcome 8,453 Delegates Nationwide

During a media briefing held in Abuja, Minister Mohammed Idris announced that the upcoming APC convention will host a total of 8,453 delegates from across Nigeria, representing all six geopolitical zones. The convention is designed to showcase the party's inclusivity and unity, reinforcing its commitment to advancing national development under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's agenda.

Idris emphasized that comprehensive arrangements have been made to ensure the accommodation and accreditation of delegates, assuring that no one will be left out. He noted that the movement of delegates has been seamless, with no incidents reported, reflecting an improvement in the security situation and ongoing infrastructure development in the country.

Additionally, a fully equipped media center will operate at the convention venue to facilitate the free flow of information, ensuring that Nigerian media organizations can adequately cover the event. The Minister urged journalists to uphold professional reporting standards in the nation's interest.
