Atiku Accuses APC Governors of Fund Misuse for Campaigns

Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of Nigeria, has publicly accused the Bola Tinubu administration and governors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) of diverting public resources for campaign activities. He claimed that these funds are allegedly being redirected to support Tinubu's 2027 presidential re-election campaign.

Atiku expressed concern over the worsening economic conditions, insecurity, and poverty affecting citizens, attributing these issues to the mismanagement of national resources. He warned that the diversion of funds could exacerbate the economic crisis and increase tensions within the APC governors' ranks.

Atiku also suggested that there are disagreements within the APC Governor's Forum regarding the management of these funds. He urged citizens to hold the ruling party accountable, emphasizing that they should not reward the APC with continued governance despite the current economic realities.
