APC Primaries: Bless Agbebaku Wins Owan West Ticket

In the recent All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries in Edo State, Bless Agbebaku emerged victorious for the Owan West constituency, securing 2,846 votes and defeating his opponent Atafo Gold, who garnered 60 votes. The primaries also saw Maria Edeko winning her re-election bid in the Esan North East II constituency with 1,549 votes.

Other successful candidates included Eric Okaka for Owan East, Waziri Oshomah for Esan Central, and Bright Orhionmwon for Esan South East. Edwin Osamued clinched the ticket for Oredo East, while Richard Edosa won for Oredo West.

Additional candidates who secured their positions include Aminu Ibrahim Imafidor for Esan West, Andrew Uzamer for Ovia North East II, and Donald Okogb for Akoko Edo II. The results reflect a competitive landscape as these candidates prepare for the 2027 general elections.
