Kwara Governor Declares All APC Aspirants Winners

On Wednesday, Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq addressed aspirants at the APC secretariat in Ilorin, declaring them all winners in the party primaries, regardless of the outcomes. He noted the increasing number of politicians seeking election under the APC, reflecting confidence in the party's leadership under President Bola Tinubu.

Abdulrazaq highlighted the achievements of his administration, including economic and infrastructural reforms, and emphasized the need for unity among aspirants despite the competitive nature of the primaries. He encouraged younger aspirants not to lose hope if they do not secure tickets, stating that it is not the end of their political journey.

The governor also mentioned that President Bola Tinubu is expected to visit Kwara later in the year to inaugurate projects. Additionally, APC Kwara State Chairman Sundai Fagbemi commended Abdulrazaq for unprecedented development strides across the state, reiterating the party's confidence in retaining control in the upcoming elections.
