APC Mobilizes 4.4 Million Agents for Tinubu's 2027 Campaign

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has initiated a recruitment of 4,421,150 agents to support President Bola Tinubu's reelection campaign for the 2027 general elections, as disclosed by Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo State. This announcement was made during a keynote address at the two-day Renew Hope Ambassador retreat held at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.

The recruitment aims to establish a robust grassroots mobilization network across Nigeria's 176,846 polling units, with a structured command system operating through six geopolitical zones, 36 states, and the Federal Capital Territory. Uzodimma expressed confidence in Tinubu's performance in office, asserting that it would earn him a second term.

The recruitment plan includes various operational directors covering youth, media, legal compliance, and data support, with a digital platform set to launch in April to track public sentiment and counter misinformation. Uzodimma emphasized the importance of grassroots mobilization and outlined the need for clear communication regarding government reforms to ensure public understanding.
