APM Terminals Apapa Celebrates Global Safety Day 2026

APM Terminals Apapa Limited marked the 2026 Global Safety Day with a strong reaffirmation of its commitment to safety. Managing Director Kamal Alhraishat emphasized that safety is deeply embedded in the company culture, extending beyond regulatory obligations.

Chief Executive Officer of APM Terminals Nigeria, Frederik Klink, underscored the importance of collaboration in achieving safe operations.

Chairman of the Board, David Skov, praised initiatives encouraging employees to take personal responsibility for safety. Adebowale Lawal from Lagos Port Complex acknowledged APM Terminals' robust safety protocols, which play a critical role in maintaining a secure operational environment.

Remi Ogungbemi, Chairman of the Association of Maritime Truck Owners, commended the positive impact of APM Terminals on port operations, particularly in reducing incidents along the port corridor.
