Governor Adeleke Promises Major Road Project at Apomu Day Celebration

Governor Ademola Adeleke made a commitment to undertake a dualization road project from Ikir Junction to Apomu Ikoyi during the Apomu Day celebration held at ADC Grammar School in Apomu. The road project is expected to enhance economic growth and development in the area.

Adeleke emphasized the importance of rural and semi-urban development in the state. Prominent figures like Jide Babalola and Lanr Oladebo pledged support for the development of Apomu.

Goke Odetunde, the Chairman of Isokan Local Government Area, assured that the Progress Congress (APC) would support the growth and development of Apomu. Oba Kayode Afolabi of Apomu highlighted the significance of the Apomu Day celebration coinciding with his 6th coronation anniversary.

The event aimed to promote the town's rich heritage and foster community unity towards development efforts.
