Aradel Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that it failed to meet its 29 May 2026 deadline for releasing its FY 2025 Audited Financial Statements and Q1 2026 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements. The company attributed the delay to unforeseen complexities in consolidating its recently acquired additional 40% equity interest in ND Western Limited into its group reporting framework.

Aradel Holdings Plc issued a press release on 30 May 2026 informing NGX, shareholders, and the investing public that it did not meet the 29 May 2026 deadline it had previously committed to in a 2 March 2026 market communication. That earlier communication had already flagged a delayed filing linked to the acquisition of an additional 40% equity interest in ND Western Limited.

The company stated that the further delay stems from unforeseen complexities encountered during the consolidation process, specifically the integration of ND Western Limited into the Group's reporting framework. Aradel said it is working with its external auditors to complete the process without compromising the quality, accuracy, or integrity of the financial statements.

Both the FY 2025 Audited Financial Statements and the Q1 2026 Unaudited Interim Financial Statements are now expected to be released on or before 19 June 2026.

The Closed Period, which commenced on 1 January 2026, will remain in effect until 24 hours after both sets of financial statements have been published. Trading in Aradel shares will resume only after that 24-hour period has elapsed. ND Western Limited is currently 81.67% owned by Aradel Holdings.
