Olufemi Oluyede reaffirmed the Army's commitment to protecting Nigeria's sovereignty and citizens. He emphasized ongoing operations against terrorism, banditry, and kidnapping, noting significant achievements in neutralizing criminal elements and restoring peace across various regions.

Oluyede highlighted the importance of troop welfare, stating that personnel are the Army's most valuable asset, and announced initiatives to improve accommodations, healthcare, and training opportunities. He acknowledged the support of President Bola Tinubu, stating that recent operational successes were made possible by the government's backing.
