Arokodare Shines in Ajax's 4-2 Europa Conference Win

Nigeria international Tolu Arokodare made a significant impact for Ajax during their 4-2 victory against Swiss side Sion in the first leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League playoff on Thursday night. Arokodare started the match on the bench and was substituted in for Marcos Leonardo with 18 minutes left.

He quickly made his mark by scoring Ajax's third goal in the 74th minute, marking his first goal for the club since his transfer. Following his goal, Arokodare assisted Davy Klaassen's goal three minutes before the end of the match, contributing decisively despite limited playing time.

This performance gives Ajax a two-goal advantage heading into the return fixture at the Johan Cruyff Arena next Thursday.
