Global Port Leaders Endorse Nigerian Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho as IAPH VP

Global port leaders in Kobe, Japan endorsed Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, Managing Director of the Nigerian Port Authority, as Vice President of the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH).

This appointment, supported by NPA boss Bola Tinubu, highlights Nigeria's increasing influence in the maritime sector. The IAPH, established in 1955, represents 190 ports in 89 countries, handling a significant portion of global sea-borne trade and container traffic.

Dr. Dantsoho's election signifies Nigeria's commitment to advancing port development globally.
