Odumodublvck's Assault Trial Adjourned to April 2026

The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has adjourned the trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, regarding a suit for assault and battery until April 8, 2026. The claimant's counsel, Uchenna Ojemb, and the defense counsel, Taiwo Akinsuli, agreed on this date to allow both parties to prepare for the case.

The suit was initiated by fellow Nigerian musician Ogbogiri Okei Levi, known as Kraziec, who alleges that during a public event in December 2024, he was violently assaulted by Odumodublvck while attempting to take pictures and videos. The suit claims that the assault inflicted emotional distress and seeks an order for Odumodublvck to pay for medical expenses incurred during treatment.

Additionally, Kraziec is seeking N2 billion in damages and a public apology from Odumodublvck on social media platforms, including two national newspapers.
