NFF to Inaugurate Electoral and Appeals Committees

The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) is set to inaugurate its electoral and appeals committees on April 2, 2026, at the NFF secretariat in Abuja. This inauguration follows the extraordinary general assembly held in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, on March 23, 2026.

The committees were constituted last week and will consist of a total of 12 members, with seven serving on the electoral committee and five on the electoral appeals committee. The electoral committee will include a chairperson, a vice chairperson, and three ordinary members, with two alternates.

The electoral appeals committee will have three full members and two alternates. These committees will supervise the electoral process in accordance with the relevant provisions of the NFF statutes and the electoral code edited in March 2026.

The NFF executive committee elections are scheduled to take place in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on September 26, 2026.
