Aviation Leaders Urge Dialogue for Industrial Peace

In a recent event in Lagos, key figures in Nigeria's aviation sector, including Captain Chris Najomo, Managing Director of Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), and Engr. Farouk Ahmad, Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), called for ongoing dialogue among aviation workers to ensure industrial peace. They warned that disruptions could significantly affect flight operations, safety, and public confidence in Nigeria's aviation industry.

During the opening ceremony of a five-day joint training program focused on industrial relations and negotiation skills, Najomo stressed the importance of mutual understanding between management and staff. He noted that the aviation industry requires stability and trust to avoid disruptions that could have serious implications for safety and economic stability.
