Plateau Widow Threatened by Bandits to Marry Leader After Husband's Death

A young widow in Plateau State, identified as Nanbam, is being threatened by bandits to marry their leader following the killing of her husband and 39 others in a terrorist attack. The widow, with three children, has been living in fear as the bandits persistently demand her hand in marriage, threatening her and her children's lives.

Despite relocating to Mangu, the threats continue, and the police have been unable to provide adequate assistance, leaving the widow in a vulnerable situation.
