Bauchi Governor Urges Residents to Support Security Efforts

On Democracy Day, Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed called on residents to assist security agencies by providing credible information to help curb the current wave of insecurity in Nigeria. In a message released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, the governor urged citizens to remain vigilant, abide by the law, and support security agencies.

He described Democracy Day as a historic milestone that reflects the collective will of Nigerians to commit to justice and freedom. Mohammed reaffirmed his administration's commitment to delivering democratic dividends to the people of Bauchi State, highlighting key achievements such as road construction, rehabilitation of urban and rural areas, upgrading health facilities, and supporting agricultural programs to boost food security.

He expressed gratitude to the residents for their continued support and prayers, assuring them that the government remains focused on good governance and the welfare of citizens.
