The Bauchi State Police Command, represented by spokesperson SP Nafiu Habib, has issued a statement assuring the public of a peaceful Eid el-Fitr celebration. Mr.

Sani Omolori, the Commissioner of Police in Bauchi, emphasized the deployment of a significant police presence throughout the state during the holiday period. This includes intensified patrols and intelligence-led operations specifically targeting areas prone to violence, phone snatching, pickpocketing, and traffic offenses.
