Bauchi Rainstorm Claims Two Lives, Destroys Homes in Kirfi

On Tuesday, June 10, 2026, a destructive meteorological event struck Kirfi Local Government Area in Bauchi State, claiming two lives and causing widespread damage to property across several communities. The casualties were identified as Aisha Sagir (aged 50) and her granddaughter Aisha Shuaibu (aged 4), residents of Unguwar Katsinawa in the Bara area.
