Whitney "Nomy" Chukwu became the first contestant disqualified from BBNaija Season 11 "Show Ya Sef" on September 7, 2026, due to repeated defiance of Big Brother's instructions. The announcement was made via the show's official Instagram page.

Nomy's issues began when she failed to comply with a directive to wear a "benchwarmer" outfit, which was a consequence of her performance in a Head of House challenge. Despite receiving a strike and a final warning from Big Brother, she continued to disregard the rules, leading to her removal from the house.

Nomy, a 26-year-old fashion entrepreneur based in Lagos and founder of Ambition by Witme, entered the house in July 2026. Her time in the house was marked by conflicts with Big Brother over rule compliance rather than gameplay.

Following her disqualification, she is no longer eligible for the season's grand prize, and there are suggestions that her name may be erased from the show's official records.
