Onjeh Challenges Ogbole for NDC Senate Ticket Evidence

Comrade Daniel Onjeh has publicly challenged Pastor David Ogbole, who claims to be the duly nominated candidate for the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) senatorial ticket for Benue South, to produce documentation supporting his claim. Ogbole has denied allegations of relinquishing his ticket to Onjeh for financial compensation.

Onjeh urged his supporters to remain focused as the 2027 senatorial race approaches, asserting that there cannot be two candidates from the same party for the same position. He demanded that Ogbole provide evidence of his nomination, including the receipt for his nomination form and proof that the party cleared him to contest.

Onjeh refuted any claims of negotiating over the ticket, stating he has never engaged in discussions regarding the purchase or relinquishment of the NDC senatorial ticket. He also challenged Ogbole to disclose his OPay account statement from July 11, 2026, in response to allegations of financial transactions between them.

Onjeh expressed concerns about Ogbole's political activities, suggesting they compromise the independence of the NDC senatorial aspiration.
