Sundai Garba Bigg Resigns from APC, Citing Political Constraints

Sundai Garba Bigg, a former governorship aspirant in Plateau State, has officially resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC). In a letter addressed to the chairman of the APC in Mangu Ward II, he cited a rapidly shrinking political space within the party and the ongoing realignment across the country as reasons for his departure.

Bigg's resignation follows a period of personal reflection and reassessment of his political trajectory. He expressed gratitude for the support he received from party leaders and members during his four-year tenure.

Bigg emphasized the need for a shift in political alignment due to the congested atmosphere within the APC, which he believes hinders the realization of political aspirations. He plans to consult on his next political platform while maintaining respect for the party until those discussions are finalized.

Additionally, he dismissed social media reports linking him to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as false, asserting that he has not authorized anyone to speak on his behalf regarding that matter.
