Bitget Upgrades Platform for Crypto and Traditional Assets

Bitget, the world's largest universal exchange, has introduced a major structural upgrade to its trading interface, allowing for the integration of traditional financial assets such as stocks, commodities, and forex alongside cryptocurrency trading. This update reflects a broader shift in the exchange's evolution to support the global financial market.

The platform will now treat traditional assets as a secondary feature within a crypto-focused trading environment. The restructuring aims to provide equal prominence to traditional financial products, enabling users to access markets through a dedicated interface tailored to their trading behavior and risk profiles.

Graci Chen, CEO of Bitget, stated that the future of exchanges will not be defined solely by whether they offer crypto or traditional assets but by creating an environment where both can coexist seamlessly. The update follows a series of product expansions, including the introduction of contract trading capabilities and partnerships to enable access to over 200 token assets, including U.S. stocks and ETFs.
