Bọọlụ Ogbe Launches 45+ Football Tournament in Enugu

Bọọlụ Ogbe has unveiled an exciting football tournament specifically for participants aged 45 and above, set to commence on March 16 at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu State. The tournament will feature 12 participating teams, including Coal Camp Allstars, Ochial FC, Riverlan Veteran, and others.

The champion will receive a cash prize of one million naira (₦1,000,000), while the runner-up will take home five hundred thousand naira (₦500,000). Domben Chisom, the chairman of the Coal City League, expressed pride in this initiative, which is sponsored by NKC Global.

The tournament aims to reconnect former teammates, celebrate football heritage, and promote healthy living within the community. Matches will kick off with New Haven Allstars facing Emen Unit Allstars at 3:30 PM, followed by Riverlan Veteran against Ugwuaji Allstars at 4:45 PM.

The event is supported by local leaders, including Enugu State Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
