Blord provided a comparison, stating that a monthly income of ₦200,000 in Asaba can afford a more comfortable lifestyle than ₦500,000 in Lagos, where housing, transportation, and daily expenses significantly reduce take-home pay. He cautioned young Nigerians against relocating to Lagos in pursuit of opportunities and connections, asserting that meaningful relationships are built on value rather than location.
