Bolt and FRSC Launch Road Safety Program in Abuja

Bolt partnered with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to launch a road safety education program in Abuja, targeting reckless driving and promoting safer roads. The initiative brought together 100 participants, including driver partners and couriers, for practical sessions led by FRSC officials.

The program focused on responsible driving behavior, traffic law compliance, fatigue management, defensive driving, and preventing drunk driving. Participants received guidance on speed limits, seatbelt use, and overtaking rules.

Weyinmi Aghadiuno, representing Bolt, highlighted the importance of equipping drivers with knowledge to navigate Nigerian roads safely. Felix Theman, the FCT Sector Command of FRSC, commended the initiative, emphasizing the need for continuous education and compliance with traffic regulations to prevent road crashes.

The collaboration aims to significantly improve road safety in Nigeria by combining education and awareness with responsible driving behavior. Bolt and FRSC plan to continue their partnership to promote safety awareness and support initiatives aimed at enhancing road safety across the country.
