Court Grants ₦5m Bail to Justice Crack in Abuja

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja granted bail to Justice Crack, a well-known figure in the judiciary, in the amount of ₦5 million. The bail application was filed by Justice Abdulmalik, who is representing Justice Crack.

The court stipulated that the sureties must reside within the court's jurisdiction and have a fixed address for at least four years. Additionally, the sureties are required to provide proof of residency, which can include a tenancy agreement or a certificate of occupancy, and must deposit their affidavits along with recent passport photographs.

Furthermore, the court mandated that the sureties must be federal civil servants not below grade level 15 and must present evidence of at least three months' salary letters authenticated by their department heads, along with proof of pension employment. The court's decision reflects the legal requirements for bail in such cases.
