Court Issues Arrest Warrant for PFIPC Boss Adeyemi

The Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Adeniyi Adeyemi, who is alleged to be the self-styled Director General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC). Adeyemi failed to appear for his scheduled arraignment on charges of forgery, fraud, and impersonation.

The arraignment was set for Tuesday, November 27, 2025, before Justice Moham Umar, where Adeyemi was expected to respond to eight counts in suit number FHC/ABJ/CR/562/2025. Due to his absence, the prosecution, led by Inspector General of Police, filed an application for a bench warrant, which the court granted.

The charges against Adeyemi involve activities purportedly connected to the PFIPC, with several witnesses expected to testify during the trial, including Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and others.
