Isyaka Rabe Clarifies Circumstances of Father's Death

Isyaka Rabe, son of the late Major General Rabe Abubakar (retd), provided an exclusive interview discussing his father's condition and the recovery of his body. He clarified that his father had no history of diabetes or high blood pressure, contrary to claims made by the Katsina State Government.

When questioned about the circumstances of the body recovery, Isyaka stated that the family was kept in the dark by official channels during the announcement of his father's funeral prayers. He expressed uncertainty regarding the actual cause of his father's death, which reports suggested was related to standard health complications.

Additionally, Isyaka dismissed rumors that his father was killed by a snake bite, referencing a video released during a kidnapping incident. He confirmed that his mother remains captive after being abducted by bandits on May 30, 2026, along the Marabar Musawa-Kafinsoli road in the Matazu Local Government Area of Katsina State.
