Judge Withdraws from EFCC Cases Against Former AGF Malami Due to Personal Reasons

Judge Obiora Egwuatu has recused himself from presiding over two cases filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against Abubakar Malami, the former Attorney General of Nigeria. The cases have been reassigned to Chief Judge John Tsoho of the Federal High Court.
