National Bible Day Celebration Set for May 5, 2026

The Bible Society of Nigeria (BSN) is set to celebrate National Bible Day on May 5, 2026, as announced by Benjamin Mordi, the organization's Manager of Media and Public Relations. This annual event is designed to enable Nigerians to reflect on and share the values prescribed in the Holy Bible.

Pastor Samuel Sanusi, the General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of BSN, emphasized that National Bible Day is a wonderful occasion to reaffirm the commitment to biblical values and encourage everyone to experience the life-changing power of God's word. He noted that the event provides an opportunity for individuals to study, meditate, and reflect on living according to the standards set by the Bible.

The BSN, a nonprofit interdenominational Christian organization, is dedicated to translating the Bible into Nigerian languages, publishing, and distributing it, while also raising funds to support its programs that help people engage with the word of God and transform their lives.
