CAC Opens New Office in Lagos to Boost Business Services

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has inaugurated a new service office at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, on Monday, aimed at improving access to business registration and compliance services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The office was commissioned by Hussaini Magaji (SAN), the Registrar-General and Chief Executive Officer of the CAC.

This initiative is part of the Federal Government's efforts to enhance Nigeria's ease of doing business and to formalize small businesses, aligning with President Bola Tinubu's administration's goals for economic inclusion. The new office is fully equipped to provide seamless business registration, annual returns filing, and other regulatory compliance services, enabling entrepreneurs to access these services more efficiently.

The CAC emphasized that this expansion reflects its commitment to supporting MSMEs and promoting regulatory compliance, which is essential for Nigeria's economic growth and revenue generation.
