American rapper Cardi B has sparked romance rumors with Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye after describing him as “really sweet” and “very kind.” The latest sighting of the pair occurred in Italy on Thursday, September 3, shortly after Okoye's Udinese team won 2-1 against Venezia in the Coppa Italia round of 32. Cardi B made her comments while dining with friends at a waterfront restaurant in Venice, noting that Okoye appears strict on social media but is actually kind.

This was their third public appearance together; they were first seen at the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture show during Paris Fashion Week, where they sat next to each other and later conversed on a balcony at a private event. Their second sighting was at a dinner in Venice.
