Celine Dion Announces Stage Return After Health Battle

Celine Dion, the global music star, has announced her long-awaited return to the stage after a four-year health battle due to a rare neurological condition known as Stiff Person Syndrome, which affects her singing ability and movement. In an emotional video message released on her 58th birthday, Dion expressed gratitude to her fans worldwide for their support throughout her health struggles.

She stated that she feels stronger and is excited to perform again as part of her comeback. Dion disclosed plans for a 10-show residency at La Défense Arena in Paris, scheduled to take place from September 12 to October 14.

This performance will mark her first major live show since stepping away from touring following her diagnosis in 2022. Dion previously revealed her battle with the rare disorder, which causes muscle stiffness and spasms, making it challenging to perform on stage.
