Gwamna's Scholarship Initiative Boosts Youth Support for 2027

Thirty-nine youths from Gombe State, sponsored by the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate Dr. Jamil Isyaku Gwamna to study at Yamusa Science Academy in Birnin Kebbi, have pledged their support for his 2027 gubernatorial ambition.

In a statement by Ibrahim Sani Shawai, the spokesperson for Dr. Gwamna, the beneficiaries, now pursuing various degree programs, believe that children, women, and youths will significantly benefit if Gwamna is elected.

Mohammed Umar, speaking for the group, emphasized that the selection of students without connections showcases Gwamna's commitment to Gombe's development. Hafsat Abubakar praised the scholarship for empowering her educational pursuits.

Gwamna reiterated his focus on human capital development, promising to prioritize youth empowerment through education and vocational training. He commended Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for advancements in Gombe's education sector, noting improvements in pass rates and infrastructure, and affirmed his dedication to continuing this progress.
