Chowdeck CEO Reveals Weekly Earnings of Delivery Riders

Femi Aluko, the Chief Executive Officer of Chowdeck, disclosed in an interview with Channels that the average earnings for delivery riders on the platform are approximately N100,000 weekly. He noted that the highest-performing riders can earn significantly more, with potential monthly earnings reaching around N400,000 for those using bicycles.

Aluko explained that a rider's income is primarily influenced by the number of deliveries completed and the distance traveled, as riders are compensated based on the kilometers they cover. However, he also pointed out that these reported earnings do not reflect pure profit, as riders incur expenses related to maintaining their bicycles.
