The City Boy Movement has taken significant steps to strengthen women's participation in politics by establishing a comprehensive women wing. This initiative was announced by Dr.

Sarah Umahi, the National Women Leader, following a strategic meeting held on March 4, 2025. The meeting, attended by key stakeholders including Barr.

Seyi Tinubu and Franci Oluwatosin Shoga, focused on empowering women as essential drivers of political change at the community level. The movement's mission is to ensure that no woman is left behind, with plans to implement women-focused programs across the country.

Barr. Tinubu approved the handover of two 18-seater buses to support the women wing's outreach efforts, promoting political participation among women nationwide.

Ummusalma Rabiu commended Barr. Tinubu's vision for expanding leadership opportunities for women.
