Winhomes CEO Denies Paying N50m for Okun Ajah Land, Calls Claims False

Stella Ifeoma Okengwu, CEO of Winhomes Global Services Ltd, has denied allegations that her company paid N50 million for land in Okun Ajah, Lagos. She dismissed the claims as false and misleading, stating there is no basis in fact for such assertions.

Okengwu emphasized that there is no record of the alleged transaction and warned against misinformation that could undermine Nigeria's investment credibility. The company asserts that it lawfully acquired the land and made substantial financial commitments for development.

The CEO clarified that the reported N50 million figure is fabricated and unsubstantiated.
