CLMI Visits Obasanjo for 2026 International Conference

The Courier and Logistics Management Institute (CLMI) conducted a courtesy visit to Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, the former president of Nigeria and chairman of the upcoming 2026 CLMI International Conference. This conference is themed ‘Powering African Trade and Entrepreneurship Through Smart Logistics’.

The delegation was led by Prof. Simon Emeje, the Executive Chairman of CLMI, and included Prof.

Chizomam Ann Emeje (Vice Chairman), Mr. Kayode Jacobs (Registrar), and Mr.

Ogungbayi Amos (member of CLMP). During the meeting, they discussed preparations for the conference and shared perspectives on the strategic importance of logistics in boosting trade, investment, industrial growth, and economic transformation across Africa.

The visit signifies the strengthening relationship between CLMI and Chief Obasanjo, emphasizing their mutual commitment to advancing logistics and entrepreneurship on the continent.
