COFFHA President-elect Igbokw Promises Humanitarian Expansion

Augustina Igbokw has been elected as the President of COFFHA and has announced her commitment to expanding the organization's humanitarian services across Nigeria. During her investiture, Igbokw outlined ambitious plans to reach vulnerable women, children, and families, pledging to uphold the values of integrity and selflessness that define COFFHA's inception.

She emphasized the importance of delivering humanitarian interventions with greater dignity and speed. Igbokw's administration will focus on three key areas, with the first being the completion of 300 capacity skill acquisition centers in Okun Ajah, Lekki.

This initiative aims to economically empower women, particularly widows and underserved youth, by equipping them with practical skills for decent work and self-reliance. Igbokw's plans are designed to build on COFFHA's 33-year legacy of service.
