APC Confirms Unity Ahead of 2027 Elections in Abuja

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed concerns about potential internal conflicts after its National Convention, highlighting a consensus arrangement as a means to unify the party. Hon.

Chidi Nze Duru, the Deputy National Organizing Secretary, spoke to newsmen shortly after the convention committee's declaration in Abuja. He expressed confidence that the APC would achieve a landslide victory in the upcoming 2027 general elections.

Duru emphasized that the party's strategy is not limited to geographical zones but aims to win across the entire country, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). He noted that while there may be disagreements within the party, the internal mechanisms are capable of fostering unity.

Duru reassured that the APC is built on a solid foundation and will continue to work hard to lead the Nigerian people, addressing challenges posed by the global economy and ensuring food security for citizens.
