PDP Sacks Excos in Five States at National Convention

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has removed all executive committees in Imo, Abia, Enugu, Akwa Ibom, and Rivers State during its national convention in Ibadan, Oyo State. The decision was made following a motion by a member of the party's National Working Committee, Makinde, to ratify and approve the election of new executive committees at various levels.

Governor Makinde highlighted the conduct of congresses across the country for the 2024 and 2025 elections, ensuring compliance with electoral laws and the party's constitution.
