CIF is a Naira-denominated, closed-end infrastructure debt fund managed by Coronation Asset Management Limited and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria. The Fund is intended to be listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

The Fund currently holds assets under management (AuM) of over ₦9.2 billion. If the Series II Offer is fully subscribed, the Fund's AuM is expected to grow to over ₦30 billion.

CIF's investment focus spans transportation, energy, utilities, telecommunications, social infrastructure, and real estate sectors. The Fund operates as an infrastructure debt fund, meaning its portfolio consists of debt instruments extended to infrastructure projects rather than equity stakes.
