Ondo Council Chair Condemns Abduction of APC Stalwart, Calls for Public Safety

The Ilaj Local Government Council in Ondo State has strongly condemned the abduction of Emorioloy Owoloemi, a state director general of the Asiwaju Media Team and APC stalwart. Owoloemi was kidnapped on January 15th in Igbokoda, Ondo State, by armed assailants.

The incident has raised serious concerns about public safety and security in the area. Maurice Oripelay, the council chairman, expressed shock and solidarity with the victim's family.

The Ondo State Police Command has initiated investigations into the abduction, urging calm among residents while assuring safety measures are in place.
